SingerTech's mother company Tianjin ShengLong Fiber Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 and is located in Baodi District, Tianjin. It has the most advanced automated assembly line (DOA) imported from Austria and the intelligent production line (WTS) for car seat back cushions imported from Germany.

It is a leading technology company in the production and research and development of plant fiber composite fiber elastic materials in China, and is also a national high-tech enterprise. It has 16 international patents and 6 intellectual property rights and 46 domestic patents.

The company has always adhered to the concept of "natural materials, environmentally friendly technology". The products have been well received by customers in the automotive seat industry and the furniture industry for their low VOCs (volatile organic compounds), light weight, thin structure and recyclability.

In 2017, the company established the "SingerTech" R&D center near Hannover, Germany, focusing on the cutting-edge technology research and development of high-end degradable natural plant fiber materials.

ShengLong reached an acquisition agreement with Germany's Adient to introduce FaserTec® technology into China, making full efforts to develop the high-end passenger car seat interior material market, as well as the high-speed rail and civil aircraft interior material market.

In 2025, the company's new generation of material technology NEOfib® will also be launched on the market.
