FRAENKISCHE Pipe-Systems (Shanghai) and (Changshu) companies are wholly-owned German enterprises invested by FRÄNKISCHE Rohrwerke in China. Our business mainly focuses on the development, production, and sales of pipeline system connectors and electric vehicle cooling pipeline systems, supplying to first tier new energy vehicle OEMs at home and abroad, as well as various sister companies within the FRÄNKISCHE Rohrwerke.
The main products are as follows:
Oil pump and tubing: It is in a leading position in the world and uses nylon 11, a plant-based material that is very environmentally friendly.
Cleaning water pipes: The latest designed corrugated pipe is used instead of the original light pipe or rubber pipe, and is widely used in cars.
Fuel tank vent pipe: using multi-layer nylon pipes to meet the latest national environmental protection requirements.
Wire harness protection tube: There are many types of products, and the raw materials used are PP, PA, TPE, MFA, PFA, etc. The temperature level can reach up to 300 ℃, suitable for wire harness protection in any position of the car.
Cooling pipeline: multi-layer plastic corrugated pipe, which well meets the requirements of lightweight, space layout, and cooling of electric vehicles.
Fuel tank ventilation system
Our product line of fuel tank ventilation systems covers all pipeline applications. The scope involves the ventilation pipeline inside the fuel tank, the oil suction pipe inside the fuel tank, and the refueling pipe; From the flushing pipe and return pipe to the canister vent pipe.. Single layer piping system/multi-layer piping system ensures safe operation and leak proof connections, designed according to customer requirements, and equipped with integrated valves and fully installed quick connect fittings. The system has flame retardancy, can withstand temperatures up to 140 ℃, and has high mechanical strength.
Applied to automobiles, agricultural machinery, and engineering locomotives; Inside the fuel tank; Air intake and delivery, flushing pipeline, oil return pipeline.
vacuum system
Our corrugated pipes and light pipes with connectors are manufactured according to customer requirements and are suitable for low-pressure piping systems. This ensures reliable connections and simple and time-saving assembly and disassembly. Our product line includes various nominal sizes and matching parts.
Applied to automobiles, agricultural machinery, and engineering locomotives; Used for applications requiring small bending radii and/or connecting pipelines between various components in dynamic stress environments, ventilation systems, and vacuum conveying systems
FPDS standard corrugated pipe
Material: Modified PA12
Self extinguishing, free of halogens and cadmium;
Excellent dynamic fatigue resistance performance;
Excellent mechanical impact resistance in cold and dry environments;
Excellent UV/weather resistance and chemical resistance;
Suitable for situations that require continuous dynamic movement.
Application: Industry, robotics, photovoltaics, new energy, railway/transportation, trackside, telecommunications.
BPET-V0 PET braided tube
Material : PET-V0
Excellent fire resistance and self extinguishing performance.
Suitable for public areas with high fire protection requirements for cable harnesses.
Suitable for situations with limited space to protect and bundle cable harnesses.
Application: Industry, robotics, railway/transportation, trackside, photovoltaics, new energy.
Cable trunking
Coca cable trays can be used to retrofit wires and cables, even cables with plugs installed. The elliptical shape allows it to be installed under small bending radii and limited conditions. The freely selectable sealing possibility provides reliable protection for wires and cables, even under mechanical loads, and does not require cable packaging.
The cable tray and supporting parts are made of self extinguishing materials, which comply with UL 94 V-2 and FMVSS standards.
Coca offers multiple length options without additional equipment or process costs.

Blow molded connecting pipe
Customized blow molded parts are 3D blow molded and vacuum formed, 100% leak proof, and ensure uniform wall thickness. Due to the fact that blow molding molds are developed and customized according to specific customer requirements, perfect matching can be ensured, the number of assembly steps can be reduced, weight can be reduced, and the risk of leakage can be minimized to the greatest extent possible.
