in-tech offers comprehensive integrated testing solutions: from hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) test benches and proven software solutions for test automation to professional on-site support and comprehensive consulting services. For example, with orangeSwitch you will achieve better utilization of your HiL system during nights and weekends and reduce idle times through sequential tests of multiple variations.

Through the changeover using orangeSwitch, mechanical and electrical errors that can arise from frequent reconnecting are avoided. The use of high-quality components thereby allows for changing to high-frequency bus systems like FlexRay.

With remote-controlled changeover, you can automatically switch control units on or off or carry out automated test sequences for different ECUs and variations without manually reconnecting.

Upon installation, orangeSwitch doesn’t require changes to the test bed, plug, or cable and can be used on nearly every test system.

Increase the degree of automation and the utilization of your HiL systems: orangeSwitch allows for automated changeover between control units at an HiL system. You can automatically test different devices one by one. The degree of automation increases and the error rate of the plug connections decreases.
orangeSwitch is independent of the used HiL system, powerfully scalable, and available for a variety of bus systems and signal types. The control of actuators is also possible.

BMW increases efficiency in automobile production - with mobile solutions from in-tech
To help the employees in the extensive plants get to the right place at the right time, the production managers at the BMW Group plant in Regensburg wanted a mobile solution that combines relevant data from various IT systems. The goal: to proactively bring the right information to the employee instead of actively letting the employee search for data.

The solution developed by in-tech for BMW is called FLIPS: A mobile app that provides quality assurance employees with exactly the information they need to monitor production - when they need it.

To ensure seamless integration into BMW's existing IT infrastructure, the developers coordinated with BMW's IT managers. The development team paid particular attention to IT security, as the application requires access to various databases with highly sensitive production data. Thanks to the smartConnect modular system and the agile development method, results could be produced very quickly: After only 3 months, the first version was ready for pilot operation. The GENIUS-Award is an award for innovative solutions for the future of the mobility sector. The award recognizes promising solutions that could make a lasting difference to our mobility world. The GENIUS Award 2019 was officially presented at the top-class Handelsblatt Auto Summit in Stuttgart - and in-tech is winner in the "Connecting People" category.

We were awarded for the project to create a marketplace for alternative mobility offers: It enables municipalities, housing associations and business parks to configure mobility solutions that are individually tailored to their needs.

The core elements of our solutions are shared mobility services such as vehicle sharing or ride sharing, preferably using sustainable energy. In our open marketplace, we connect the providers of all necessary components and services (vehicles, software, charging infrastructure, service, financing, etc.). Further reading
